Role and responsibilities For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost. Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines. -Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution -Monitoring of worldwide shipments  -Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes -Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review -Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML -This position requires shift work. 主要職責 (Responsibilities) 1. 財務報表管理與帳務處理 　- 編製月度、季度及年度財務報表。 　- 提供母公司總部所需之合併財報數據。 　- 負責子公司帳務處理，包括總帳、應收/應付、成本核算等。 2.　預算與成本控管 　- 負責年度預算編制、差異分析與營運績效追蹤。 　- 協助監控生產成本與存貨管理。 3.　稅務合規 　- 確保公司依越南法規正確申報企業所得稅、增值稅 (VAT) 與其他稅務。 　- 與當地稅務單位保持良好溝通，降低稅務風險。 4.　內部控制與審計 　- 建立並執行內部控制流程，確保財務運作透明、合規。 　- 配合內外部審計，提供必要資料與改善建議。 5.　跨部門與跨國溝通 　- 與生產、採購部門合作，提供財務分析支持決策。 　- 與總部財務中心及其他國家分公司協調，確保集團財務一致性。

1. 負責越南公司各項商業登記及各項財務會計作業以符合當地相關規定。 2. 督導及審核越南公司辦理貨物進出口報關及相關稅務工作。 3. 督導及審核越南公司財會部門及關務部門之各項工作事務。 4. 公司營運流程執行督導管理。 5. 其他總部交辦事項。

1. 掌握開發各部門業務，處理鞋類開發相關事務，產品符合客人需求和標準。 2. 掌握品牌開發進度和工作計畫，帶領團隊達成目標。 3. 作業流程標準化執行的規範與監督。 4. 管理開發團隊，協助開發各單位困難點的處理和跨部門的溝通協調(如開發與量產)。 5. 統籌開發相關事務，負責開發客人的接待與上級主管交辦事務。

(1)在主管人員指導之下，依據既定要求，從事各品牌鞋類各職務相關工作。 (2)提供良好的培訓計畫，並提供各部門輪調培訓機會，培育為各部門重要幹部。 (3)依需求與各國客戶或同事溝通及協調，共同完成指定目標。 (4)上級主管交辦事宜。 **工作地點依照公司分派，為越南或其他海外地區(印尼、印度)**
