proven expertise in cybersecurity services to identify client needs, deliver

60% Event Administrative support
• Provide administrative support in associate with education events (design meeting invitation, set up registration link, event request forms, speaker request form, prepare pre- and post-event documents and reports)
• Plan and coordinate logistics for events (flight and accommodation booking, venue decoration..etc.)
• Ensure payments to vendors are made on-time
• Vendor & contract management
• Work with APAC teams to streamline internal paperwork process
Support medical education events on-sites
Ensure Legal & Compliance guidelines are met for the department
• Incorporate regular communication with Legal & Compliance to understand present and changing parameters.
• Be the gatekeeper to ensure all arrangement have met the compliance guideline
30% Digital education platforms management
• Maintain and improve corporate online education platforms (website & APP) contents for Taiwan
• ZBI LINE Official account members & communication management
• Implements new vehicles for communication in response to technological advancement (VR/AR)
• Promote and drive user adoption rate for the online training platforms
• Online event announcements and promotions
• Coordinate with Taiwan and oversea counterparts to ensure the digital platforms contents are the most relevant to customers
• Be aware of and ensure company branding and ZBI specific branding is adhered to and met
10% Fellowship
• Assists the success of Taiwan fellowship applications
• Communicate with APAC team and US hospitals for the education needs and travel arrangements of the fellowship program

• Developing and implementing marketing strategy, tactics and promotional activities to drive RTDs product sales and achieve sales budget, especially focusing on the knee segment.
• Supporting the current business in Taiwan and actively collaborate the sales team to drive new accounts and market shares
• Work closely with Operation and Finance to drive operation excellence and forecast accuracy
• Providing technical expertise and excellent customer service to existing and new customers.
• Providing education and in-service training to the commercial team
Job Responsibilities:
Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
Deliver Results
• Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets, Operational Plan and Profitability Plan for Taiwan.
• Responsible for the working with assigned accounts and team within the organisation, including direction, motivation and development of sales plans, targets, and strategies and the removal of obstacles to success.
• Provide all appropriate reporting to Manager including feedback from customers on a weekly and monthly report
• Responsible for the sales area as ‘their business’ and be willing to take responsibility for its planning and development in what is a high growth business.
• Work closely with co-colleagues to develop a high-performance team in Taiwan.
Drive the Best Outcomes
• Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products;
• Provide training in product knowledge, selling skills, and territory management, and Align Terms and Conditions of Business
• Co-operation with co-colleagues through observation during co-travel, frequent feedback and the analysis of data
• Evaluate levels of customer, product and systems knowledge via in-field assessment
• Provide appropriate training and field coaching as required.
• Build strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share by focusing high value activity and selling,
• Ensure professional dress code and attitude is maintained at all
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental, company goals and comply with all policies, practices and procedures.
• Work with the Manager to set Operational plan for future periods and perform other duties as assigned.
• Keep abreast of what competitors are doing; and update Marketing Manager of market intelligence and pulses in the market.
• Be responsible for all quality updates records and customer product feedback for Taiwan market.

Lock in Key Relationships
• Engage certified doctors and develop potential for new cases; engage non-certified doctors and establish their potential as an Invisalign provider and current submitters to develop Invisalign business
• Balance the short term operational needs with the long term organizational needs of the business
• Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies; such as management of Platinum Elite Accounts as well as opening new accounts and assist customers to achieve sales, distribution and display objectives.

Key Account Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1) Responsible for achieving sales quotas through the direct sale of the company's products or services. Implement sales strategies to attain sales volume, product mix and profit objectives.
2) Calls on prospective customers, delivers effective sales presentations, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices.
3) Monitors sales against forecasts and participates in the determination of market potential for the territory.
4) Works closely with clinical specialist/manager, customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
5) Actively listen to customer ideas and needs, and provide timely feedback under minimum supervision.
Qualification
- Able to seek and probe sales opportunities according to the needs of customers
- Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as negotiation and presentation skills.
- Position requires ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies.
- Must have good organization and time management skills. Ability to understand and adapt to customers' changing needs. Demonstrates business knowledge.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of working experiences in sales function.
- Healthcare/pharmaceutical/Medical Devices industry experience is preferable.
- Experience in nutrition, antibiotics is preferable.
