Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the marketing function. It ensures the appropriate development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives in alignment Global and regional marketing to deliver the sales and profitability objectives of Convatec TW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with global and regional goals to drive sales and profitability.
- Oversee product sales budgets, monitor performance, and update monthly forecasts.
- Conduct and coordinate market research to gather insights on customers, competitors, and market trends.
- Create advertising and promotional materials consistent with the company’s brand and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and build cases for prioritization and investment.
- Work closely with sales managers on product strategy, KOL development, and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across accounts and territories.
- Build strong relationships with customers, government bodies, community organizations, and key opinion leaders.
- Provide technical advice and product education to customers and internal teams.
- Uphold ethical practices while enhancing Convatec’s brand presence through active participation in local events and partnerships.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor' s degree in Business, Science, Marketing, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years in sales & marketing within medical or pharmaceutical sectors, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to plan and manage marketing initiatives at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and large enterprises.
- Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to drive growth, assess performance, and identify opportunities.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated success in business planning, budgeting, team leadership, and identifying profitable marketing opportunities.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with a proactive, self-driven approach.
