Key Accountabilities:
• To enhance consumer banking sales incentive scheme through business strategy and data analysis. (including wealth management, secured loan, credit card and unsecured loan)
• To design and execute CBG sales incentive program with business driver and governance approach
• To provide support to business partners to help business growth, and front-line sales communication.
• To provide the related data source and propose / report to management for business action.
• To ensure timely delivery of sales incentive on monthly / quarterly basis.
• To analyze and tracking sales performance.
• To communicate with regional and cross functional teams.
• To support integration project

We lead the digital strategy for consumer banking and create innovative products and services to integrate banking into our customers' digital lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
As the Digital Business Planning Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development of business strategies, digital business planning and help drive momentum for initiative delivery.
Business Reviews & Performance Reporting: Lead the preparation of regular business review materials for senior management. Gather and analyze data to generate performance summaries and insights. Translate complex updates into clear and action-oriented reporting.
Strategic Planning & Execution Support: Assist in formulating digital strategies aligned with the broader consumer banking objectives. Support for business review, KPI review and budget planning.
Initiative Management & Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain an integrated view of all major digital and consumer banking initiatives. Consolidate updates across departments and support initiative owners with progress tracking.
Data Analysis & Strategic Support: Conduct research on KPIs and prepare for actionable items based on customer insights and market trends. Identify untapped opportunities and work closely with stakeholders to create and drive the customer engagement strategy using all channels of communication to deliver a contextual, personalized and relevant experience.

2. 撰寫授信報告,執行貸款徵信作業及擔保品鑑估
3. 管理授信額度,執行貸後追蹤與風險控管
4. 維繫並深化與法人客戶之業務關係
5. 完成主管交辦之其他相關業務
1. Responsible for marketing and promoting corporate banking products and services to expand business opportunities
2. Prepare credit proposals, conduct credit investigations, and perform collateral valuation
3. Manage credit limits and perform post-lending monitoring to ensure compliance and risk control
4. Maintain and strengthen relationships with corporate clients
5. Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors.
