1. Account Management
- Understand client expectations and direction through regular interactions
- Maintain knowledge of clients’ needs and direction in the area of fabric, trims, design, garment styling and finishing processes
- With the support of the Merchandising Manager, develop and manage the relationships with clients and trading partners in order to generate sustainable business opportunities
- Undertake communication with client regarding quality and delivery
2. Sourcing and Business Development
- Assist Merchandise Manager to source and evaluate new suppliers which are suitable to the clients pricing and quality constraints, and so business can be increased through enhanced capacity and ability to offer innovative services
- Assist Merchandise Manager to secure new business through competitive responses to customer inquiries – focusing on fabrics, trims and factory selection to meet customer’s price and quality requirements
- Coordinate product sample arrangements including delivery of selected fabric and trim and monitor sample production. Evaluate samples and seek approval from Merchandise Manager and client to ensure sample specifications have been met.
3. Production Process
- Understand client specific quality expectations and manage production and quality control processes to ensure standards and shipping deadlines are met
- Manage production processes according to client specifications (e.g. Tech packs) from fabric sourcing through final inspection and shipping by overseeing the activities of the Merchandising Team in:
. Order Placement
. Overseeing of factory cut and sew processes and time-frames
. Approval of materials, colors and samples
. Overseeing of factory packing and shipping in line with client deadlines
. Fabric and Trim ordering and timely receipt
. Liaise with Quality Controller in monitoring quality during pre production and process stages.
Approval Processes
• Monitor fabric, accessory and garment sample progress and provide updates to Merchants
• Assist Technician to check samples including measurements and compare to Tech Pack
• Arrange delivery of samples to customer and factory in timely and cost efficient manner
Production Assistance
• Prepare production package for QA including:
o Tech Pack
o Order Details
o Fabric quality standards
o Accessory quality standards
o Garment samples
o Colour samples
• Monitor status of fabric and accessory orders and appraise Merchandise team
• Assist Merchandising Team in:
o Work with factory in approval of fabrics, trims and samples according to client’s requirements
o Fabric and Trim ordering and monitoring of receipt
o Oversee cut, sew and packing processes and ensure progress meets client deadlines through liaison with Factory and internal shipping resources
• Gather information regarding likely shipping dates and forward to director
Administration
• Maintain orderly and systematic filing system for pre and inline production records including:
o In and out communications with customer and factory
o Sample checks
o Mailing documentation
o Customer order specs including fabric swatches, accessory samples, tech packs
o Purchase orders
o Approved fabric and accessory samples
o QA inspection request forms
o QA reports
o Shipping documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the merchandise team
Ad-hoc Projects
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by Merchandising team

Product Compliance Program Manager is responsible for managing Product Compliance, Chemical management program including RSL/MRSL management and wastewater management, leading company wastewater and product safety compliance standards throughout the global manufacturing base, with the goal to meet customer requirements, reduce/eliminate risk to workers and consumers, the environment, the company and brands.
【Product Compliance Program Development and Deployment 】
• Manage corporate Restricted Substance List (RSL) policy implementation and product compliance failure remediation with vendors partners and internal business partners, supplier product compliance tracking and reporting.
• Manage corporate Chemical Management Policy deployment, aligning with industrial practice and meet the requirement.
• Support research on sustainable chemistries or green chemistry alternative if require
• Develop branded fiber process to ensure the brands meet global labelling regulation and requirements
• Develop global labelling manual and work with internal stakeholders to create standard operation process
• Support claims validation for wholesale account requests
• Track Wastewater global regulation and industrial standard, meeting country regulation and align with industrial practices.
• Lead the remediation if any Wastewater compliance failure, find out the root cause by partnering with vendors, provide leadership and make recommendation to minimize the business impact.
• Assess international market program requirements and establish future process to support business growth
• Advance Global Product Compliance Team goals and objectives through additional projects and cross-functional support as needed
【Supply Chain Product Compliance and Wastewater Management Performance Assessment】
• Execute the Chemical and Wastewater Management assessment tools (Higg FEM) to supply chain, driving the completion and verification rate improvement to give visibility of supply chain performance.
• Manage and track factory KPI to measure compliance performance including wastewater discharge permit and support the integration with material sourcing system.
• Conduct onsite factory audits for chemical management, RSL and wastewater compliance when necessary.
【Supply Chain Engagement, Training and Improvement】
• Identify and analyse the performance gap of supply chain to develop required training program, collaborating with manufacturing partners including liaison office material team and production. Provide recommendation to solve vendor's challenge during the program implementation.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders building relationship with the company manufacturing partners and the industry including testing service providers, GIZ fabric and other brands
• Lead vendor meeting to communicate vendor performance and make recommendation of score card improvement.
• Communicate and deliver technical RSL and Wastewater training to internal and external stakeholders, acting as technical center to business partners for product compliance and wastewater requirement.
• On-boarding the new hire from liaison offices and new vendors, introducing of company compliance policy and process
• Manage capacity building programs by collaborating with business partner and service providers, including stakeholders' engagement, program status tracking, make recommendation of improvement, negotiate with vendors or manufacturing partners to adopt required change.
