2. 協助廚師測量食材的容量與重量。
3. 於出菜時負責菜餚擺盤或調整份量之工作。
4. 廚房清潔工作。
5. 各項主廚交辦工作。
Long-term Part-time and Work-study Employees
Salaries will be adjusted based on job performance and length of service.
1. Responsible for washing, peeling, trimming, and cutting various ingredients to prepare for cooking.
2. Assist chefs in measuring the volume and weight of ingredients.
3. Handle plating and portion adjustments during food service.
4. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
5. Perform other tasks assigned by the head chef.
