Job Summary:
The Credit Card Portfolio Instalment Product Specialist will play a vital role in developing and managing the instalment product offerings for our credit card portfolio, ensuring a competitive and attractive proposition for our cardholders. This role requires strong product management skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy & Development: Develop and implement the product strategy for credit card instalment plans, including features, pricing, and marketing strategies.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of instalment products, from conception and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Negotiate favorable terms and ensure smooth collaboration for product execution.
• Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product adoption, customer satisfaction, and profitability to identify areas for improvement.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks in the instalment product market.
• Customer Segmentation: Develop customer segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups with tailored instalment product offerings.
• Product Communication & Marketing: Develop marketing and communication strategies to promote instalment products to potential customers.
1. Market study and define the product positioning. Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation. Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're met.
2. Work closely with regional sales to fulfill demand and facilitate the business opportunity, and provide technical support..
3. Coordinate with Sales and RD team to define the demand & evaluate ROI.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams to accomplish the assignments timely. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
5. Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, from roadmap development to product sustaining.
