Mission Statement
LS sales manager will primarily build and manage assigned area customers relationship to drive PRT portfolio growth and to increase profitability and sell-out growth through strong partnership via regular store visit. Strong consumer insight, analytical and problem-solving skill, foster advanced yearly calendar planning to drive business growth.
Roles and Main Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing and implementing joint business plan with in assigned area via regular store visit
• Execute trade activities, increasing market share to make sure company strategy executed on time in full.
• Build 18 months rolling forecast by advanced planning to creating business plans, predicting future performance, and analyzing data
• Align with area manager and channel manager to implement trade activation to beat the market through specific customer that lead to improved and measurable customer profitability
• Support the National Manager and area manager on key projects as required.
