Responsibility:
1.Achieve sales target and brand objectives (IO products + Chemo) through development and implement brand strategies and sales execution plan in the territory (Chiayi area).
2.Build strong engagement with targeted customers and gain their insights in marketplace.
3.Analyze and implement self-paid program to provide the patient solution for patient focus goal. Monitor and analyze the market information and data to identify competition dynamics to gain the market share.
4.Good in oncology operation by segmentation and targeting and build the patient flow in each indication.
5.Perform territory management and KOL management and prioritizing resource allocation based on opportunity/issue identified from account analysis
6.Well do the alliance model with colleagues and another company partner to manage the account and reach the account sales goal Qualifications or Skill Required
Qualifications or Skill Required
a.Bachelor degree and above in science or related professional qualification.
b.2+ years sales experience in Oncology or specialty drugs is required.
c.Experience in self-pay & co-promotion model is preferred.
d.Able to perform account analysis to identify issue/opportunity and initiate action plan in assigned territory.
