5.客戶來訪/拜訪、行銷活動等相關業務簡報製作
6.規劃執行海外市場開發與行銷活動
7.提升客戶滿意度

- Project quotation/cost maintenance & negotiation
-Excellent Excel capability needed for data analysis
-Maintain and problem resolving for on-going projects
- Service support & Customer Claim
-Monitoring PO and Forecast and communicate with customer if any abnormal demand
-ECN change, rework cost, excess & obsolete material management
-Cross function communication (internally & externally)
-Contract review/Survey request follow-up
-Take personal responsibility for customer satisfaction or even exceed their expectations to win more stable business

Job Responsibilities
Business development: expand and maintain customer relationships, and provide excellent service with a professional attitude.
Achieve sales targets based on company-defined KPIs.
Strengthen and maintain client relationships in line with company products and strategies.
Drive business growth through referrals and channel partnerships.
Develop sales plans to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments.
Participate in domestic and international trade shows; plan and execute marketing activities.
工作內容

1. 維繫與管理客戶關係,作為公司與客戶間的主要聯繫窗口
Maintain and manage client relationships as the primary liaison between the company and its clients.
2. 具備良好的溝通能力、解決問題能力、邏輯思維及跨部門協作能力
Excellent communication, problem-solving, logical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
3. 解決客戶問題、回應需求、有效率的管理客戶
Resolve customer inquiries, address their needs, and manage client accounts efficiently.
4. 具1年以上金融、客戶管理、或相關工作經驗佳
Preferably with 1+ year of experience in finance, account management, or related fields.
5. 熟悉並能有效操作公司内部CRM系統,進行客戶資料管理與追蹤
Proficient in operating internal CRM systems to manage and track client information effectively.
6. 具備英文聽說讀寫能力者佳
English proficiency is preferred.
