Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

1. Main Objectives
• Serve as key point of contact for the customer and company engineering organization
• Manage customer and development projects to ensure customer and company success
• Manage Development activities with cross-functional groups to ensure the projects are within the defined specifications, cost and delivery schedule

The project manager will manage the project from design to production.

As this position covers the Asia region, approximately 33% travel is expected.
In this role, you will focus on the following:
• Serve as the regional marketing driving CSB (Connectivity & Storage BU) revenue in all of Asia – Taiwan, China, Japan, South Korea and India.
• Collaborate with sales and corporate marketing to maximize the market share of Ethernet, Storage, Wi-Fi, MoCA and G.hn products
• Work with local sales and channel partners to drive opportunity funnel targets to ensure long-term revenue growth targets are achieved

• Lead end-to-end NPI from engineering validation to mass production, ensuring smooth ramp and yield targets.
• Develop and optimize the supply chain; qualify suppliers, run audits, and drive second/alternate sources with Procurement.
• Build and maintain the BoM (cost analysis/optimization, multi-sourcing, lead time, EOL risk, and alternate parts evaluation/implementation).
• Source and manage EMS/SMT/assembly partners; assess capacity and technical capability; establish strategic partnerships.
• Drive DFM reviews and collaborate with layout vendors to optimize PCB design for manufacturability and yield.
• Define and execute validation plans across EVT/DVT/PVT; track issues, drive root cause & corrective actions, and manage design changes (ECR/ECN).
• Prepare and manage product compliance/certifications (EMC/EMI/safety, etc.) and the related verification flow.
• Support prototype builds and pilot runs; provide manufacturability guidance and build-readiness reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional schedules and risks; ensure on-time delivery with FW/ME/Procurement/QA.
• Occasional domestic/overseas travel may be required.
