What You’ll Be Doing
• Partner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
• Attend supplier trainings in person and via conference calls.
• Manage supplier and customer expectations by building and developing relationships, keeping stakeholders up-to-date on activities, plans, and progressing towards initiatives.
• Identify key relationships amongst decision makers within suppliers and customers.
• Attend and actively participate in strategic branch meetings and Quarterly Business Review meeting
• Organize engineering customer events
What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree, major Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 to 8 years experience as FAE or R&D or design role in electronics industry

Join Tektronix Taiwan as the account manager driving growth in sales through joining our direct-sales team in Taiwan. In this position you will have the opportunity to drive the sales of direct-sales products/solution. You will directly drive assigned territorial business coverage and demand, daily customer engagement, and ultimately products/solutions sales.
The new hire AM candidate will in charge of Small and medium-sized enterprises in Neihu / Nankang territories, he/she will more focus on expansion area & support channel partners to gain high end products market share in center Taiwan & south Taiwan territories
How you will be measured on:
* Your performance in profitable order / sales growth of the assigned accounts and territories.

* Electronic Engineering B.S. or master's degree or equivalent will be better

JOB CONTENT:
1. Meet or exceed program and sales objectives set by sales management.
2. Establish and maintain relationships at al levels within the account (purchasing, materials, finance, and senior management)

4. Review and work daily sales opportunities to ensure closure.

1.Develop and engage new customers in the emerging mmWave radar market.
2.Promotion of mmWave radar technology to customers, generate interest and demand for mmWave radar applications in the consumer and commercial markets/industries.
3.Work with MKT team to develop a customer engagement strategy and account planning.
4.Responsible for the quarterly forecast and analysis.
5.Global distributors management.
Qualifications
◆5 years of experience in sale, FAE, or business development in related industries. (IC fabless, system design-house, EMS, etc)
◆Experience in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, smartphone, SoC, and/or other RF systems is a plus.
◆Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin for business communications, presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
◆People skills to develop and maintain customer relationships and persuasive skills to promote mmWave radar technologies.
◆Interested in new technology and challenges, conversational proficiency in technical topics such as RF system technologies (radar, Wi-Fi, BT, sensors etc.), AI, machine learning related experiences and the overall semiconductor industry.
◆Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
