7.Responsible for customer management and maintenance
8.Experienced in participating in pitches, and conduct preparing proposal during the pitching process.
9.Experienced in leading junior level staffs, supervise daily execution details.

1. Proactively identify and visit potential clients, deliver proposals, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
2. Understand client needs and challenges, and provide comprehensive digital marketing solutions—including influencer campaigns and digital ad planning.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to execute projects and deliver performance reports and insights for continuous optimization.
4. Achieve individual sales targets and build long-term relationships with brands and agencies to uncover future opportunities.
【Who You Are】
1. 具備 3 年以上網紅/數位行銷相關業務經驗,熟悉品牌端、媒體代理商產業脈絡與人脈
2. 不畏懼陌生開發,具備積極主動的工作態度
3. 以目標為導向,擅長主動推進並完成任務
4. 細心負責、擁有邏輯思考與策略拆解能力
5. 擅長跨部門溝通協調能力,擁有團隊合作精神
6. 表達能力佳,能自信進行客戶簡報與銷售對談
7. 有創作者 / KOL 合作經驗大大加分
8. 具備英文溝通能力加分
1. 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital media sales, with a solid network among brands and media agencies.
2. Comfortable with cold outreach, with a proactive and self-motivated work attitude.
3. Goal-oriented and capable of driving projects forward independently.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong in logical thinking and strategic planning.
5. Great at cross-functional communication and a strong team player.
6. Confident in presenting and skilled in client communication and negotiation.
7. Experience working with creators/KOLs is a strong plus.
8. English communication skill is a plus.
Focuses on day-to-day execution
Proactively reviews and manages client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
Liaises with vendors and third party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
Provide initial insights on campaign trends to executives and planners
Generates campaign reports and is responsible for pacing, QA and trafficking

Responsibilities
1.Lead and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google, etc.), ensuring KPI and ROI targets are met.
2.Supervise and mentor the media buying team, improving performance and expertise.
3.Perform in-depth data analysis, develop optimization strategies, and deliver actionable reports for decision-making.
4.Plan and manage advertising budgets, optimize cross-platform allocations and cost structures.
5.Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and marketing teams to design ad creatives and messages that maximize conversions.
6.Monitor market trends and competitor strategies, and propose innovative approaches.
7.Report campaign performance and strategic planning regularly to senior management.
Nice to Have
•Proven track record of managing large ad budgets (e.g., monthly spending exceeding 1M TWD or equivalent).
•Experience in beauty, personal care, small home appliances, or FMCG advertising.
•Fluency in English or Southeast Asian languages (Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, etc.).
