We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Account Manager (or Assistant Account Manager, depending on experience) to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead client communications, ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, and coach a small team to perform at their best.
You'll be working primarily on B2B retainer accounts across sectors like technology, finance, and energy, and will collaborate closely across internal teams to drive strategic execution.
Your Role
•Own day-to-day client communications, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and relationship growth
•Oversee project timelines and deliverables—prioritize quality, accuracy, and consistency under pressure
•Coach and manage a small team, fostering growth, accountability, and teamwork
•Translate complex client needs into actionable workstreams, managing multiple projects simultaneously
•Contribute ideas and solutions with agility, even when priorities shift or details are still evolving
What We're Looking for
•Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing (agency experience preferred)
•Bring a startup mindset—agile, solutions-driven, and unafraid of ambiguity
•Confident presenter and clear communicator, both internally and externally
•Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and ability to lead junior staff
•Adaptable, resourceful, and composed under pressure—ready to thrive in a fast-moving environment
•Strong English and Chinese writing and speaking skills—capable of drafting documents, decks, and emails professionally in English
