內容企劃專員
內容企劃專員透過內容策劃與前線人員訪談,將無國界醫生人道醫療工作轉化為具影響力的敘事內容,確立組織在人道醫療領域的公信力、影響力和專業權威地位。此職位同時負責協調品牌定位研究,並支援倡議活動,推動無國界醫生的使命。
主要工作內容:
• 透過訪談前線同仁及 運用 MSF 既有溝通內容,開發具影響力的專業論述,強化 MSF 在台灣人道醫療領域的可信專業形象。
• 製作具說服力的內容,提供予醫療與非醫療專業人士、學術機構及政策制定者,展現 MSF 的專業與人道原則。
• 規劃並執行品牌健康檢測與利害關係人觀感調查,評估 MSF Taiwan 在目標受眾中的定位與聲譽。
• 分析台灣醫療與人道議題的公共論述,辨識 MSF 在定位與倡議上的策略機會。
• 透過實證資料將前線行動轉化為建議與行動呼籲,協助建構倡議架構。
• 定期追蹤與評估內容成效,提供策略溝通決策的依據。
• 確保所有產出的內容符合 MSF 的溝通目標與優先事項,並契合 MSF Taiwan 的識別與定位方向。
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. Content and Positioning Officer
The Content & Positioning Officer creates compelling stories and strategic content from MSF’s medical humanitarian work through content development and staff interviews, building MSF’s credibility, influence, and thought leadership presence. This role also coordinates brand research and positioning, and contributes to advocacy initiatives that advance MSF’s humanitarian mission.
Major Responsibilities
• Develop thought leadership content through staff interviews and MSF communications content to position MSF as a credible voice in humanitarian medical discourse in Taiwan
• Create compelling materials for medical and non-medical professionals, academic institutions, and policymakers that reflect MSF’s expertise and humanitarian principles
• Coordinate brand health studies and stakeholder perception surveys to assess MSF Taiwan’s positioning and reputation among target audiences
• Analyse medical and humanitarian discourse in Taiwan to identify strategic opportunities for MSF positioning and advocacy engagement
• Support advocacy framework development by creating evidence-based materials that translate field operations into recommendations and call to actions
• Monitor content performance and positioning effectiveness through regular tracking and evaluation to inform strategic communications decisions
• Ensure all content production aligns with MSF’s communications objectives and priorities, and MSF Taiwan’s identity and positioning framework
