1. Responsible for process design and development for new product, and contact with customer as technical window person.
2. In charge of the NPI phase process assessment, identify the critical points with potential risk for future mass production.
3. Lead the new & critical process development, drive the cross team to follow the process qualification procedure and ensure implementation.
4. Involve in the new product functional evaluation, and provide the positive support from assembly process points of view.
5. Responsible the new process validation with DOE plan definition, including of the related documentation management.
6. Support the production line to solve the critical issue during the mass production trail running.
7. Keep the effective communication with customer; ensure the customer audit smoothly as plan.
8. Take part in the continuous improvement on assembly process, to enhance the efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with potential customers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors and implement company business plans to achieve annual sales target.
• Conduct on-site visits to understand their existing processes, challenges, and solution requirements.
• Build positive and strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations in target vertical market according to Delta’s strategy plan and generate revenue.
• Working closely with internal team to negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure the business.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new solution eco-system
• Responsible for the specific solution needs of customers and manage sales pipeline, new opportunities and forecast
• Communicate and coordinate with engineer to provide customers with professional and technical proposal
• Coordinating with engineering, project management, and support teams to ensure seamless implementation of the proposed solutions and excellent after-sales support.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, potential clients, and emerging trends in the factory automation industry.
• Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Preparing presentations and professional proposals that highlight the value of Delta solutions and services

Requirements:
• Master or bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Automation or Related Automation Major
• Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role, preferably in the factory automation industry.
• Strong business communication, coordination, negotiation and influencing skill with customers, good customer service awareness and high business behavior and processing ability to close deals effectively
• In-depth understanding of factory automation technologies, including VFD, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, power quality, EMS and sensors.
• Willing to travel when required by business in the nation or Southeast Asia region and can work under high pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and ability to create compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, staying updated with changing technologies and market trends.
• Experience in project management, ensuring successful execution of automation projects from concept to completion will be priority.
• Computer skill in Microsoft office Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook is a must.
• Be good at English reading/writing/listening/speaking and Mandarin for listening/speaking.
