工作內容 / Responsibilities

開發與維護建設公司、營造商、設計單位等 B2B 客戶關係
Build and maintain strong partnerships with developers, contractors, and design firms
主導專案商機開發、投標策略與提案規劃
Lead business opportunity development, tender strategy, and proposal preparation
協助與合作夥伴溝通與協調
Coordinate with partners
與設計、工程、採購、成本進度中心跨部門合作,確保專案順利推進
Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and cost/progress control teams for project success
參與 建材展覽、產業論壇、業主簡報,提升公司品牌能見度
Participate in industry exhibitions, forums, and client presentations to strengthen brand presence
協助制定年度 業務拓展計劃與目標管理,追蹤專案進度與效益
Support the development of annual business development plans and performance tracking
