1. Build key accounts into strategic partners and drive sustaining design wins and market share growth.
2. Coordinate with customer & cross function team (R&D/Sales/MFG/Logistic).
3. Collaborate closely with internal Cybertan teams including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operation, Quality, R&D and Marketing.
4. Weekly con-call & meeting with customer.
5. Product cost/profit management/benchmark
6. Host regular con-call with customer and chip vendor
7. Encourage/push team members/vendors to overcome any challenges in product development to meet target/commitment
