1. Identify potential investment targets via rigorous industry study, company research, and actionability assessment, based on company corporate strategy。
2. Execute M&A transactions, including formulating investment thesis, conducting due diligence, valuation, preparing investment proposals, negotiating with targets, and concluding transactions.
3. Manage M&A process with all stakeholders, including both internal related business and corporate functions, and external advisors, and sell-side parties.

About the role...

As a Business Analyst, you will independently provide and assist in gathering industry information for the senior management team, including the CEO. What you will do...
1. Gather and analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
2. Understand the cross-department requirement, including clients, and to provide the relevant information.
3. Assist in fundraising and investment activities and compile the investors’ requested information.
4. Assist in the preparation of financial projections.
5. Analyze the financial feasibility of new projects/ new businesses and assist in structuring.

Job Description
1.Overseas subsidiary financial accounting and audit.
2.Conduct various financial analyses and prepare reports for senior management.
3.Review, analyze, and track data for auditing by accountants.
4.Provide and analyze management accounting information required for other managerial decisions.
5.Coordinate and facilitate communication across departments to effectively implement policies, procedures, and regulations.
6.Conduct periodic on-site audits and reviews at each subsidiary every fiscal year.
【Responsibilities】
• The Key accountabilities cover for the maker role.
• Perform the order placement for daily UT (Unit Trust) transaction include Subscription / Redemption / Switch.
• Perform reconciliation and distribution processes for UT corporate actions.
• Perform settlement processes with the Fund house, including onshore and offshore settlements.
• Prepare regulatory reporting data of FSC/TA/CBC reporting.
• Conduct daily accounting entries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for assigned projects, including the Product team, IT, and Branch.
• Support end to end UAT testing, data verification and result validation.
• Assist in UAT issue log, tracking, testing, re-testing and consolidation report.
• Communicate with the Fund house to handle exceptional cases in the trade settlement process.
