1. Identify potential investment targets via rigorous industry study, company research, and actionability assessment, based on company corporate strategy。
2. Execute M&A transactions, including formulating investment thesis, conducting due diligence, valuation, preparing investment proposals, negotiating with targets, and concluding transactions.
3. Manage M&A process with all stakeholders, including both internal related business and corporate functions, and external advisors, and sell-side parties.
4. Support post-merger integration, monitor investment performance, and follow-up with any issues to ensure realization of expected synergies and return.
