Education
Master degree in technical domain (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics)
Experience
3-5 years working experience in design engineering

1.Key account sales responsible for Lithography, bulk chemical/Thin Film material/Cleaner for semiconductor industry.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as their primary point of contact for related matters.
3.Project Planning and Execution: Responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing projects to achieve sales targets, and identify new business opportunities.

6.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.

2.Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with strategic clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
3.Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of customer projects to achieve sales targets and drive growth, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
4.Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Provide timely solutions to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining service excellence.
5.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, quality, and customer support to coordinate seamless delivery of products and services.
6.Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor movements to identify risks and opportunities, supporting proactive decision-making and strategic planning.
