1. Analyze potential competitors in both existing and new business opportunities BELFOR wishes to chase in Taiwan. Ensure we understand their USPs and can counter them with our own offering. Understand market pricing in new business areas.
2. Work with the Asia marketing team to develop value propositions for BELFOR TW with supporting slide decks, newsletters, case studies etc. Ensure the teams have the appropriate tools to secure jobs in Taiwan.
3. Inform responsible persons within key client and potential client organisations (including equipment end users, insurers, brokers, loss adjusters etc) about the features, advantages and benefits of BELFOR services through meetings, training sessions, seminars etc.
4. Be actively involved in all aspects of securing recovery projects. This involves visits to fire/flood/earthquake sites, identifying and meeting managers of organizations affected by such incidents, and their insurer and appointed loss adjusters, and informing them about the specialist services of BELFOR, and obtaining their confidence, in order to secure stabilization services and recovery contracts.
5. Review project quotations to ensure they are competitive and also meet customers stated needs.
6. Advise Recovery Specialists integard to sales strategy and if necessary attend site to assist with negotiations.
7. Review the sales funnel, conversion, sales, invoicing, jobs on order, and take corrective action where necessary.
8. Report monthly Opportunities and Sales activity.
