【工作內容】 一、設備預防保養與履歷建立 (50%) 1.確實執行廠內生產設備（吹膜、分條、印刷機等）及公用設施的定期保養計畫 (SOP)。 2.建立並維護每一台設備的維修履歷檔案，追蹤設備健康狀況。 3.主動巡檢，發掘並回報潛在問題，防範於未然。 二、緊急故障排除與根本原因分析 (40%) 1.當設備發生故障時，迅速進行判斷與搶修，恢復產線運作。 2.針對故障點進行機械零件的更換、維修與精度校正。 3.分析故障根本原因，與機構/製程工程師共同討論並執行改善方案。 三、備品庫存與安全管理 (10%) 1.負責維修關鍵備品的庫存盤點、申購與管理。 2.執行維修時，嚴格遵守工業安全規範 (如LOTO上鎖掛牌)。 3.維護個人工具與工作區域的5S。 【職務需求】 1.具有機械硬體維修、工程圖識圖能力尤佳。 2.擁有天車(固定式起重機)操作證照及職訓經驗者優先錄取。 3.可配合生產輪班者佳。 4.具有學習的企圖心、重視時間管理。 5.積極主動並且能獨立作業。 ※具相關工作經驗者優先錄取，無相關經驗可進行內部培訓。
