Discuss with customer about DQA
•Coordinates and work with QE and FAE for root cause identification, corrective actions and preventive actions of product quality issues resulting from internal and external processes. Work closely with internal teams on preparations of failure analysis and/or 8D reports to prevent occurrences.
•Effective customer quality issues management- timely containment, communication and resolution. Track, update & close all customer action items on time.
•Act as the window for providing company quality related information upon customer requests.
•Provide technical or operational quality issue resolution support to customers.
•Be voice of the customer on quality within ATP. Ensure customer requirements are reflected in Processes, Procedures & standards
•Drive quality-related proactive and reactive communication. Work closely with customer to determine their key care-abouts. Lead critical customer improvements/projects/ initiatives that can improve on quality and customer satisfaction.
•Coordinate customer audit and visit. Work with internal cross-function teams to ensure robust, closed loop on customer requests/ requirements
•Lead scorecard tracking and improvements
