We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to join our company. He/She will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product lifecycles, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement and obsolescence. He/She will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful product management in terms of performance and profitability. The ideal candidate possesses a level of understanding of product management principles, analytical skills and open minded communication skills. Key Duties/Responsibilities -Responsible for driving all sustaining activities for active, released products throughout their life cycles. This includes product change management, life cycle planning and ultimately end-of-life (EOL) planning. -Point of contact for Product Marketing, Product Engineering (PE), Finance, Supply Chain Management(SCM) and Quality(Q) for all product management related activities. -Work with Product Engineering and Supply Chain Management for product change management and notification to ensure the product competitiveness and healthy. -Work with Product Marketing on product obsolescence and EOL analysis. Lead decision making process and execute EOL process. -Manage the risk of on time product delivery for specialty customers throughout the supply chain and risk mitigation plan based on backlog and forecast. -Act as coordinator in the resolution of technical issues affecting production and drive the generation of diligent action plans with clear schedule, allowing supply chain to estimate accurately re-schedule dates to communicate to customer service team. -Generate and maintain product datasheets for assigned portfolio.
