Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to join our company. He/She will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product lifecycles, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement and obsolescence. He/She will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful product management in terms of performance and profitability.
The ideal candidate possesses a level of understanding of product management principles, analytical skills and open minded communication skills.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
-Responsible for driving all sustaining activities for active, released products throughout their life cycles. This includes product change management, life cycle planning and ultimately end-of-life (EOL) planning.
-Point of contact for Product Marketing, Product Engineering (PE), Finance, Supply Chain Management(SCM) and Quality(Q) for all product management related activities.
-Work with Product Engineering and Supply Chain Management for product change management and notification to ensure the product competitiveness and healthy.
-Work with Product Marketing on product obsolescence and EOL analysis. Lead decision making process and execute EOL process.
-Manage the risk of on time product delivery for specialty customers throughout the supply chain and risk mitigation plan based on backlog and forecast.
-Act as coordinator in the resolution of technical issues affecting production and drive the generation of diligent action plans with clear schedule, allowing supply chain to estimate accurately re-schedule dates to communicate to customer service team.
-Generate and maintain product datasheets for assigned portfolio. This includes working with support teams providing source data for generating the document (characterization team, product engineering team, mechanical drafting team etc.)
1. Responsible for delivering business results.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, the competitive landscape, and customer requirements within the computing application field.
3. Conduct customer visits and product promotion. Lead strategies to penetrate target customers and applications. Execute go-to-market activities, including design-in and customer support.
4. Perform troubleshooting activities and engage with customers to ensure issue resolution.
5. Collaborate with customers and partners to understand their technical challenges and requirements, and drive product improvements.
6. Lead the team in defining key features for new products based on future field needs.
