Key responsibilities are:Lead the project management efforts all the way through the 17 app relevant projects’ initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling and closing, by: - Facilitating cross functional collaboration towards the aligned goals - Status tracking and controlling from multiple angles: projects, releases, development teams - Managing Scope/Timeline/Development Resource with agile methodology - Support our team to fulfill stakeholders’ expectations. - Identifying risks and coming out mitigation plans accordingly - Driving and communicating development process/flow improvements - Shaping the development teams to be more agile and self-managing You will be highly considered if you have the following experience: - At least 3 years experience as project/program manager in leading complex, cross-functional projects - Expert at Agile methodology and familiar with other modern production methodologies. - Experience with Jira software - Experience with AI platform/products. - Fluent in English Good to have: - Familiarity with streaming services - Technical knowledge of native mobile development - Fluent in Mandarin and English
