Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive executive support & operations coordinator to serve as the Director's right hand. This role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle diverse tasks from client communication and program coordination to administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who enjoys working across teams and brands.
Expected Salary
NTD 42,000+ per month [commensurate w/ experience]
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Assist the Director with day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and communications.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate between departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Program & Operations Coordination
- Support planning and execution of education programs for both brands.
- Coordinate schedules with freelance teachers, marketing team, and vendors.
- Monitor program logistics, materials, and quality standards.
Client Relations & Enrollment Support
- Respond to inquiries from prospective and current clients.
- Provide program information, guide families through registration, and handle follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate tracking of client data.
Event & Marketing Support
- Assist with organizing events, info sessions, and workshops.
- Liaise with marketing to ensure correct program information across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, coordination, or client service roles.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
- Professional, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
