主要職責： (1)為公司事業單位(Business Unit)整理、分析、評估其營運流程、策略與結構，熟悉ODM、OEM業務模式，可對新舊業務項目提出具體的會計建議或改善建議 (2)追蹤OGSM並運用數據分析與經營者討論制定可行的優化方案，協助實施變革並追蹤績效 工作內容： • 製作、整合、解讀相關財務數據、績效指標，撰寫分析報告與提案 • 熟悉ODM、OEM之Sales、PM、RD等工作型態，設計並協助導入績效改善方案、流程標準化或成本控制計畫 • 協助BU 進行業務流程、作業模式、資源配置分析，提出建議並追蹤達成。 • 追蹤OGSM，與部門主管確認工作目標達成成效或改善成效，回饋予BU主管&HRBP進行協作 學歷要求：企業管理、經濟、會計、財務學士以上，碩士尤佳 工作經驗：具備6年以上營運分析、成本分析或流程改善經驗 技能要求： 熟悉Excel、 ERP、CRM 或企業資源規劃工具、優秀的邏輯思維與問題解決能力 、具備與不同部門合作與溝通的能力 語言能力：TOEIC 650 above

1. 熟悉 SQL Server、MySql、MongoDB 建置、管理、維護。 2. T-SQL 及 Stored Procedure 效能調校。 3. 資料庫日常監控、異常排除及系統性能優化。 4. 具 DB HA 架構建置和維護經驗。 5. 提供 RD 諮詢並給予建議，進行 DB-Schema 建置與異動的工作。 6. 資料庫備份管理、災難復原及定期系統升級或更新。
