We're looking for a visionary IT/MIS Director to lead our technology strategy and transform our retail operations.

-Be the Architect: Collaborate with business leaders to develop a cutting-edge IT roadmap that aligns with our overall business objectives and fuels our ambitious growth plans. You'll design and implement a future-proof IT architecture that optimizes our retail operations, from headquarters to the store floor.
-Lead the Charge: Spearhead the implementation of new software, hardware, and data systems across the organization, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
-Optimize and Innovate: Continuously evaluate and improve our IT infrastructure, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, security, and customer experience.
-Build Strong Partnerships: Manage relationships with external IT service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring they deliver high-quality solutions that meet our needs.
-Champion Security and Resilience: Develop and enforce robust IT policies and procedures to safeguard our data, protect against cyber threats, and ensure business continuity.
-Empower the Team: Provide technical guidance and support to the retail business, ensuring our technology empowers employees and enhances the customer journey.

Support IT global affairs and responsibility as below:
1. Data Center Infrastructure – Manage power distribution, UPS systems, and cooling/environmental control.
2. Disaster Recovery (DR) – Ensure data center availability and support recovery operations during incidents.
3. AD & Azure AD account & group、Policy、License、Teams
4. Hyper-V Cluster & S2D management and maintenance
5. Other Duties – Perform additional tasks or assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Purpose of this Position:
Moxa IT is a professional information technology team to handle business application systems and IT infrastructure globally. We are looking for creative & self-motivate talent to join as to build up world class business platform. The candidate should equip with solid technology background and rich experience. Hands-on experience for large scale business application implementation upon either cloud or on-premised is also the key criteria.
An IT application manager has a strong understanding of HR relevant information system (such has PeopleSoft, Taleo…etc), involves a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and project management skills to ensure that solutions align with business objectives and enhance overall efficiency.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
1 Project Execution (PM)
1.1 協助並主導與專案團隊及使用者的討論,定義現況(As-Is)與目標(To-Be)業務流程, 透過具成本效益的 IT 解決方案實現業務成功,解決業務問題。
1.2 管理專案符合目標,時程,預算等,主導並協助使用者驗收測試,提供使用者培訓。
1.3 與業務團隊溝通並更新專案進度。
1.4 回報專案執行成效、開發品質及問題解決的服務水準協議(SLA)相關指標。
2 Solution Design and Implementation
2.1 領導跨團隊系統分析和開發, 負責HR相關平台,(PeopleSoft, Taleo,…etc), 分析使用者需求,進行系統分析、架構設計與開發團隊完成程式開發撰寫, 並確保專案達到需求和目標
2.2 進行可行性評估、時程安排、進度控管以及專案文件之撰寫
2.3 熟悉IT應用系統功能、異質系統資料串接以及商業流程以及系統觀。與其他異質系統整合與架構規劃,提升各系統的資料之即時性、正確性與完整性
3 System Administration
3.1 系統上線後維護與持續改善的責任,相關系統的日常維運、升級與優化。
3.2 規劃並執行人力資源系統專案(如系統導入、功能擴充、資料整合等)。
3.3 使用者日常作業支援
3.4 主動分析和評估現有IT系統和流程,識別改進機會,提高效能和效率。
3.5 定期檢視系統權限與資安設定,確保符合公司政策與法規要求。
1.負責公司整體網路架構之設計、建置、規劃與持續優化,確保高可用性與安全性。
2.帶領網路與 OA Helpdesk 團隊,提升 IT 基礎設施與服務效能。
3.基礎設施課人員管理,包含任務分派、績效評估及考核。
4.規劃與落實企業 IT 基礎設施發展,確保系統穩定性、可擴展性與效率。
5.跨部門協調溝通,並執行主管交辦之專案與任務。
