Key Responsibilities
1. Execute the sales and marketing operations of Kyalio in The Philippines, working alongside the founders to achieve sales targets, and develop commercial relationships in the market
2. Provide regular reports on sales pipeline and client engagement activities
3. Work with the R&D team and the Philippines clients to update the database, which requires basic data analytics and communication to collect information on a regular basis
4. Travel to the Philippines and support the founders to engage with the healthcare clients on an on-demand basis
5. Comply with Kyalio's policies on work place professionalism, ethics, and social responsibility
6. This position has a potential to grow into Philippines Healthcare Market Development Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
Core Competencies
• Fluency in English in both oral and written communication, proficiency in any other languages spoken in the Philippines is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially Excel
• Strong ability to learn and acquire new knowledge and operate independently in a startup environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Travel Requirements
• Ability to travel 10%-15% of your time to the Philippines
Education
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree

• Legal eligibility to work in Taiwan

Analysis of product issues and develop improvement plans
The Billing Specialist position is responsible for generating all invoices from the Company’s data files and to ensure that all invoices are submitted to the clients in a timely manner with their specifications addressed. This position works very closely in line with the Field Operators to ensure that invoices are generated in accordance to client specifications and that all back up is in line with what is requested. This position is also responsible for ensuring that all employee reimbursements are received and processed within the timeframe on a monthly basis and ensuring that they comply with Company regulations. The Billing Specialist will work hand in hand with the Collections Specialist and Staff Accountant to ensure that all invoices are submitted and that all General Journal Entries are posted for re-bills and revisions to existing invoices.
Duties, Responsibilities and Expected Contributions:
• Accounts Receivable Support with invoice issues and collections
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices to clients from Company database
• Work with field operators to ensure that invoices are driven based on client needs
• Ensure that the billing methods fall in line with month end procedures and all revenue is accounted for by those responsible for bill preparation
• Receive and review month end billing reports to identify any and all discrepancies and advise the Staff Accountant of such, if any
• Receive and process all employee month end reimbursement expenses to ensure that all are complete and valid according to Company guidelines
• Work alongside Payroll Department when entering employee expenses to ensure the reports are reconciled before the data is sent for payroll processing
• Performs other duties as required and assigned
