Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical engagement with customers on wet etchant and cleaning solution performance, integration, and optimization.
• Collaborate with R&D to translate customer process needs into chemical formulation improvements and application guidelines.
• Evaluate and optimize in-house lab tools to simulate customer process conditions for demo and data correlation.
• Lead a laboratory team to plan, prioritize, and complete technical projects supporting customer requests and evaluations.
• Deliver detailed technical reports and presentations summarizing experimental results, process recommendations, and application notes.
• Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues through root cause analysis and solution-oriented experimentation.
• Evaluate, upgrade, and design in-house lab tools to better simulate customer environments and meet technical evaluation needs.
Required Qualifications:
• Master's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in semiconductor wet process applications, ideally in application engineering or process engineering roles.
• Familiar with major wet clean tool vendors (e.g., TEL, Screen, LAM) and customer process environments, especially TSMC.
• Hands-on experience with wet clean tool recipe tuning, process setup, and optimization on wet bench and/or single wafer tools (e.g., TEL, Screen, LAM).
• Experience in DOE design, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting across process and hardware variables.
• Skilled in customer engagement, including technical communication, problem-solving, and joint development activities.
• Collaborative mindset for working with R&D, product management, and equipment vendors.
• Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking
