Job Overview
As our Program Manager, you’ll lead the symphony of IC design projects—from concept to tape-out. Your baton will guide cross-functional teams, ensuring harmonious execution and successful product launches.
Responsibilities:
1.Project Score Composition:
1-1 Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones. Imagine them as musical scores—the roadmap for our performance.
1-2 Collaborate with design, verification, and layout teams. Each instrument (or team) plays a crucial part.
2. Resource Allocation Sonata:
2-1 Allocate resources—people, tools, and budgets. Balance the orchestra, ensuring no section is drowned out.
2-2 Monitor progress, adjust tempo, and keep everyone in sync.
3. Risk Management Crescendo:
3-1 Identify risks—those unexpected dissonances. Mitigate them through proactive planning.
3-2 Be the troubadour—addressing issues swiftly and harmoniously.
4. Customer Symphony:
4-1 Engage with stakeholders—customers, marketing, and executives. Understand their expectations.

1 Achieve the set annual sales target and carry out good channel/project management, including training dealers, supporting dealer’s activities in projects, assist customers trouble shooting issues, etc. 30%
2 Develop and maintain stable business relationship with active and influential stake holders in Water Treatment Segment (ex: design institute, engineering companies, contractors, installers, purchasers, end-users, OEM customers…etc.) 15%
3 Expansion of wallet share of existing customers with clear focus on GF's Process Automation products portfolio: Measurement and control, manual and actued valves. 10%
4 Seek business opportunities for acquisition of new customers with focus on Process Automation, with a particular focus on (but not limited to) Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment OEMs and End-users primarliry in the industry sector. 10%
5 Ensure regular and detailed market, application, business trend and competitive analysis of the WT segment at local market. Use the knowledge to identify potential opportunities / threats, communicate to management and translate into business growth initiatives. 10%
6 Support Process Automation sales manager (or CoE Head) with the goal of identifying and closing product gaps and exploiting new business opportunities. Supporting Product Management to identify product gaps and assembling attractive business cases. 10%
7 Organize and conduct seminars and promotional events. Ensure promotion of GFPS as the leading global solution provider to the local WT business, highlighting the GF Value Proposition in WT through strong marketing communications strategies, involving trade fairs, print & digital media, presentations at conferences / seminars and building a strong network of key influencers. 5%
8 Extend GF network beyond existing connection to become known as a player not only for pipes and fittings. 5%
9 Responsible for related activities reporting, coordination and maintainance of CRM. 5%
