Responsibilities
• Receive training and have job rotation in such as Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Development etc.
• Learn various knowledge of footwear and staff management from each function, including operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business.
• Perform routine duty which is set by upper management and meet goals and objectives set upon the position
• Report to manager on the progress of learning and task progress
• Observe experienced workers or peers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
• Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, customer service as needed
• Participate into projects required by manager to gain related products/process/improvement knowledges

<Job Overview>
This position is expecting to oversee end-to-end quality control, ensuring excellence in materials, processes, and final products. Implement QMS, train teams, and drive quality initiatives. Identify and resolve production issues before they escalate, maintaining top-tier quality standards through continuous improvement and collaboration.
<Your Impact>
1. Work with QA to facilitate/proliferate QMS system into all manufacturing departments, educate/train QC & production all QMS function and process.
2. Participate trials and work with production to escalate the product/process issue prior to production. Be able to say no if product/process issue not solved after trials.
3. Make sure QC/production team fully understand the product/process quality expectation prior to production.
4. Support daily bonding root cause analysis, help production to find the root cause and to maintain bonding excellence.
5. Eliminate the product/process issue before production, prevent the quality issue happen again by using CSS & QMS system
6. Follow top management's direction to guide/train QC team to follow the company's strategic policy & focuses.
7. Train talents to be able to take lead of quality activities and quality related reports.
