- Promote cosmetic and personal care ingredients (whitening, anti-aging, anti-acne, skin repair, etc.) to EMEA markets
- Achieve sales budget by driving and managing distributors through rolling forecast, monthly and quarterly sales review
- Assist distributors with product inquiries and order processing on a daily basis
- Analyze sales data and follow up on key business leads with distributors to identify opportunities and potential sales growth
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to promote products and to train distributors in answering technical and regulatory questions from local customers
- Work closely with logistics team and finance department to arrange shipments and receive payments
- Collect market intelligence for competitive analysis
- Attend international exhibitions to promote products and generate sales leads (< 20 % travel time)
