Job Responsibilities
• Manage product listings, maintenance, and sales promotion on overseas e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon).
• Assist in e-commerce strategy planning, performance analysis, and conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, design, and supply chain to ensure listing quality and fulfillment planning.
• Monitor marketing campaigns, competitor movements, and industry trends across e-commerce platforms.
• Support cross-functional projects and coordinate with global clients and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
• Associate degree or above; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of independent communication with global clients.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in cross-border e-commerce (Amazon, Newegg, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
• 1–3 years of additional sales or business development experience is a plus.
• Experience with consumer electronics, especially PC or system-related products, is preferred.
• Open to all genders; must be proactive and able to work cross-functionally within the organization.

• 負責公司自有品牌產品於海外電商平台(如 Amazon 等)的上架、維運與銷售推廣。
• 協助規劃電商營運策略,分析流量與轉換數據,優化銷售績效。
• 與內部產品、設計、供應鏈等團隊協作,完成商品頁優化與庫存出貨規劃。
• 定期彙整並追蹤跨境電商平台行銷活動、競品動態與市場趨勢。
• 參與跨部門專案與國際客戶溝通,配合主管完成其他交辦任務。
職務需求
• 大專以上學歷,研究所畢業尤佳。
• 英文聽說讀寫能力佳,能獨立處理國際業務溝通。
• 具一年以上跨境電商實務操作經驗(Amazon/Newegg/eBay/Shopee/Lazada等)。
• 另具一至三年一般業務工作經驗者尤佳。
• 有 3C 消費性電子產品經驗,尤以 PC 或系統產品相關為佳。
• 男女不拘,具積極學習態度與跨部門溝通協調能力。
