Your Role:
As a Senior/Assistant Manager in Customer Service, you will take the lead on customer and product development projects, working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure products meet expectations and deliver value.
You will be a key link between the company and global markets, participating in overseas client visits and international trade shows to strengthen business relationships.
This role also involves guiding and supporting the development team, tackling complex challenges, and finding ways to make processes more efficient, ensuring projects run smoothly and client goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
・Have at least 5 years of experience in sales or customer service management.
・Fluent in English; international work experience or collaboration with overseas clients is a plus.
・Manage and coordinate product development projects, ensuring timelines and quality targets are met.
・Assist in handling complex customer complaints, providing analysis and improvement solutions.
・Communicate closely with Quality, R&D, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
・Plan and participate in trade shows in the US and overseas client visits.
・Lead and support the department team, assisting colleagues in completing tasks.
・Willingness to work long-term in Vietnam.
