Support Asia orders from sales and responsibility as below:
1. Manage daily orders and review PO backlog
2. Updated customers on inventory status and B/O status
3. Updated forecast
4. Communicate with buyers to make sure material arrives on time
5. Watch out sales order status and production plan to make sure delivery on time
6. Price and AR checking
7. Ensure all the doc. response to all the order requests from clients
8. Co-work with shipping team to make sure shipment arrangement smoothly
9. Support and back up others Sales Support Administrator
【Job Responsibility】
• Quote correctly according to the company's quotation guidelines, approve through the system, and provide quickly
• Handle customer complaints and customer service, respond to customer needs to relevant departments, and help customers solve problems
• Request for payment of export freight regularly
• Prepare drop shipment export documents and cooperate closely with the customer's forwarder to ensure smooth delivery
• Assist in coordinating the best payment date with customers for overdue AR
• Process and manage customer orders with order fulfillment process guidelines.
• Communicate widely across functions to get problems solved.
• Willing to take challenges and be flexible to accept any new tasks assigned.
• Can manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Contribute to the business goals, in particular for Customer Service.
• Coordinate activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues, and apply creativity to develop and implement solutions.
【Qualifications】
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 2+ years related working experience with International trade
• Familiar with INCOTERMS 2020
• Good in English speaking, writing, reading and listening .
• Good skill in Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to stay organized and constructive under high stress.
• Strong aptitude for attention to detail.
• Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to team goals.
• Aptitude for learning new process and systems.
