Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site installation and configuration of computing cabinets, network equipment, and infrastructure.
Act as the first point of contact at the data center site; coordinate with internal teams (WMB, DCFE, Server, ICTRE, EUS) for delivery and operations.
Coordinate with suppliers for buildout details, including cabling and equipment layout.
Receive and store IT equipment securely; track inventory and generate reports.
Support and verify network implementation, including port validation and walkthroughs with Operations and Automation teams.
Schedule and liaise with service providers for dedicated lines and internet activation at both FC and DC sites.
Work closely with automation system vendors to validate system connectivity and troubleshoot issues.
Conduct site delivery tests such as failover and service availability.
Maintain and update device records in AMS and ensure proper monitoring setup in NMS.
Provide detailed documentation on hardware status, issues resolved, and performance reports.
Train local teams on basic operations and maintenance procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Cisco, HPE, DELL, Juniper, Nutanix, and VMware.
Knowledge of data center standards, structured cabling, and on-site coordination.
Proficient in generating documentation, reports, and inventory records.
Strong coordination and communication skills with various stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site technical environment.
Language Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (local communication)
Proficient in English (technical documentation and meetings)
