We're seeking passionate and skilled Business Management Support Specialist for our Investment Products & Advisory Department to build an efficient, seamless wealth management transaction experience with us. Your role will involve navigating dynamic market demands, delivering precise quotes and rapid inquiry responses, to ensure flawless execution. You'll also fortify our operations through essential BAU tasks, acting as a pivotal driver of our business. We eagerly welcome individuals with experience in Branch Financial Services or Wealth Management Operations to become a key part of our team!
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure efficiency, timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of daily operations.
2. Control and manage time effectively and support teamwork.
3. Collaborate with Project Manager to support and enhance procedures for joint targets, such as new initiative projects and campaigns.
4. Support the Product team in monitoring risks, corporate action events, launches, and promotions, and ensure timely compliance with local and regional guidelines.
5. Maintain and provide analysis reports, regulatory reports, and customer advice.
6. Adhere to all relevant external regulatory and internal compliance requirement.
1. Provide business associates to assist the processing of application cases for the handling pieces.
2. In cases dealing with the SLA.
3. To make recommendations to improve the process.
4. To help maintain the accuracy of application cases and enhance the rate of approval cases.
5. Improve the overall speed of the application process.
6. Improve customers’ satisfaction.
7. To comply with the relevant provisions of the DBS.
8. Deliver quality service to sales of the mortgage loan in an effective and productive way.
9. Increase to deal the valuation and application cases of the mortgage loan. Assist to increase the revenue of the mortgage.
10. Technical division of labor. Assist sales force can fully committed to the sales.
11. Perform other project .
12. Comply with the required guidelines and measures of Control and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
-Build control awareness and promote risk framework through effective communications within CBG and between BU/SU, including increasing staff awareness of and adherence to Regional/ RMG-OR requirements – Incident management, TPRM and KRI, etc.
-Govern CBG’s risk & control activities related to operational risk and AML/ CFT, including Branch expense review, process revisit, RCSA, CDD standard and AMLOC, etc.
-Collaborate with RMG-OR, FCSS, Regional and cross-department to ensure the alignment with overall business objectives and enhance risk & control & AML/ CFT governance framework.
-Develop and implement training programs to enhance the understanding of governance policies and best practices, including operational risk, regional requirements and AML/ CFT related.
-Work effectively with CBG OR representatives/ AML champions to ensure internal requirements are appropriately escalated to management.
-Ad-hoc projects and requirements.
