職務說明： 1. 統籌集團海外及本地子公司財務管理 -督導海外工廠（含包袋廠、鞋廠等）會計費用、傳票審核、成本結構、月結帳務、稅務申報等日常作業，確保帳務正確、合規與即時。 -建立並優化集團財務管理制度，提升各子公司財務運作效率與內部控制品質。 2. 集團財務策略與預算規劃 -負責集團年度預算編製、資金運作及資金預算之總體規劃與監控，協助集團資金調度、現金流管理及資本結構優化。 -參與集團中長期財務策略規劃，針對跨國營運、併購、投資等議題提供專業建議。 3. 合併報表與財務分析 -主導集團合併財務報表編製、財務數據分析及營運績效追蹤，協助高階管理層進行經營決策。 -覆核各子公司財務報表，確保數據一致性、正確性與合規性。 4. 稅務、關務與法遵管理 -督導各地區稅務（如PPH/PPN等）及關務申報、外匯核銷、海關進出口庫存報銷等作業，確保符合法規與集團政策。 -定期檢討並優化稅務架構，降低集團稅務風險與成本。 5.
