・負責引導賓客入座、提供茶水、協助點選酒水及向賓客介紹餐點。
・負責確認訂位資訊及飲食禁忌,並協調前場與後場的運作。
・於賓客用餐結束後,整理桌面並清潔用餐環境。
・進行無酒精飲品的簡單調配。
・負責結帳與收銀作業。
・負責餐廳全區的清潔與整理,視需要協助環境布置。
Job Responsibilities
・Guide guests to their seats, serve water, assist with beverage orders, and introduce menu items.
・Confirm reservation details and dietary restrictions, while coordinating between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
・Clear tables and maintain a clean dining environment after guests finish their meals.
・Prepare simple non-alcoholic beverage pairings.
・Handle billing and cashier duties.
・Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and assist with occasional environmental decoration.

工作內容:
1. 各類咖啡,果汁和調酒飲品製作
2. 物料成本控管和盤點
3. 吧檯器具清潔和環境整潔維護
4. 協助收銀吧檯、菜口出餐之工作區協助
5. 現場服務區塊之任務、如帶位、接桌、跑菜、結帳、物料補充、清潔等
6. 遵守餐廳開關店的程序,服務流程,協助主管滿足客人需求

We are looking for a Barista / Server who is passionate about providing efficient yet friendly service, with a positive, reliable and detailed oriented work ethics to join our FOH team. Candidates with basic English skills preferred.
*Single shift roster, over-time fee will be paid according to labor regulations and company policies.
*Weekly Roster / Flexibility with Public Holidays / Minimum 7-day CNY Holiday Leaves
*No previous working experience required and willing to undergo training
*Comprehensive training system with regular performance review for promotion and bonus (starting after probation period)
Job Responsibility
1. Execute and prepare coffee, juice-based beverages and cocktails
2. Beverage cost control and inventory
3. Maintain bar hygiene, and maintenance for bar supplies
4. Assist in cashier and food pass duties as needed
5. Provide service as needed such as guest seating, ordering, table cleaning and supply run
6.Execute restaurant opening & closing procedures, follow service SOP and assist management with guest inquiries
