職務說明 1. 新產品技術導入與量產：主導新鞋款/袋型從開發、試做到量產的技術移轉，解決各階段的技術瓶頸，確保產品能順利、穩定地投入生產。 2. 製程標準化與優化：建立並維護各項製程的標準作業流程(SOP)，包含裁切、針車、貼合、成型等關鍵工序，並持續尋求技術改善方案以提升良率與效率。 3. 現場技術指導與問題排除：擔任產線的技術核心，即時解決生產過程中發生的技術異常，並指導現場幹部與作業員正確的工藝手法。 4. 材料與模具技術評估：評估新材料的適用性、測試其物性，並參與模具的開發、試模與修改，確保其符合設計與品質要求。 5. 客戶技術對接：作為與品牌客戶技術窗口，溝通產品規格、解釋技術方案，並確保最終產品符合客戶的品質標準。 6.技術團隊建立：負責培訓印尼當地技術人員與儲備幹部，傳承核心技術，建立穩定且專業的技術團隊。 Key Responsibilities 1. New Product Introduction (NPI) & Mass Production: Lead the technical transfer of new footwear/bag models from development and trial runs to mass production. Resolve technical bottlenecks at each stage to ensure a smooth and stable transition into full-scale production. 2. Process Standardization & Optimization: Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key manufacturing processes, including cutting, stitching, lamination, and assembly. Continuously identify and implement technical improvements to enhance production yield and efficiency. 3. On-site Technical Guidance & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary technical authority on the production floor. Provide real-time troubleshooting for technical issues that arise during production and train line leaders and operators on correct craftsmanship and techniques. 4. Material & Tooling Evaluation: Evaluate the suitability of new materials by testing their physical properties. Participate in the development, trial, and modification of molds and tooling to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. 5. Client Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical liaison with international brand clients (e.g., Nike, Adidas). Clearly communicate product specifications, explain technical solutions, and ensure the final product meets the client's exacting quality standards. 6. Technical Team Building: Take responsibility for training and mentoring local Indonesian technical staff and management trainees. Transfer core technical knowledge to build a stable, skilled, and self-sufficient technical team.

1.成衣生產品質、成品品質、生產進度控管，確保產出品質達到標準。 2.協助產品品質異常改善。 3.輔導推動QC/QA體系及驗廠標準。 4.跨廠區之品質溝通協調。

1. Working with Customer Development team, Engineer and factory sample room technical team to develop the product to meet Design Requirement within the co-operate timeline. 2. Daily communication with Customer and factory team to ensure product meets design requirement in aesthetic by obtaining the approval. 3. Partner with engineering team to maintain the high quality of product. 4. Meet the co-operate timeline thru sample schedule follow up to production, report on the timely basis. 5. Supporting and getting sample approval at different stage of sampling based on the product information from customer and engineers throughout the development to commercialization process. (e.g. confirmation samples) 6. Follow up the production schedule; work with planning team to ensure ship the finished goods on time. 7. Maintaining information accuracy, sharing information between cross functions for ensuring the product correctness. 8. Updating system to status report is a must.
