A. 擔任公開發行公司、證券或期貨相關機構之稽核人員滿兩年以上者
B. 於符合「會計師辦理公開發行公司財務報告查核簽證核准準則」之聯合會計師事務所從事審計工作滿兩年以上者
C. 具有公開發行公司之業務工作經驗滿三年以上者
D. 取得會計師考試及格證書或取得國際內部稽核師協會所核發之國際內部稽核師證書者
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Manage Inventory (RM/PK/Parts) transaction with SCM.
• Perform month end closing process and reconciliation.
• Monitor Capital project spending with project leader and cash out planning.
• Perform fixed assets management after Capital project serviced.
• Support fixed asset physical write off process and prepare the Tax filing document.
• Support finance justifications for cost improvement project or capital project.
• Support Inventory and fixed assets monthly forecast and annual budget plan.
• Analyze cost variances to identify risks/opportunities.
• Work with cost reduction initiatives with cross function.
• Collaborate with other department to implement new changes to procedure.
• Coordinate capital fcst and cash out plan with engineers to improve accuracy.
• Perform effective internal control practice.
• Adhoc requests to support plant and Division as assigned.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced (Senior) Legal professional to join our Legal Affairs team.
This role is responsible for providing legal support across the organization, including contract management, dispute resolution, and internal legal consultation.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts in both Chinese and English with precision and efficiency.
2. Explain clearly contractual rights, obligations, and potential legal risks to internal stakeholders.
3. Support dispute resolution processes, including participating in settlement negotiations and providing litigation assistance.
4. Manage and coordinate with external law firms on outsourced legal matters to ensure effective collaboration and outcomes.
5. Provide legal advice and conduct thorough risk assessments on a wide range of corporate legal issues.
6. Develop and deliver internal legal training sessions to promote legal awareness and compliance across all departments.
