What You Will DO: / 工作內容 • Support global food ordering operations and monitor delivery orders during daily on-call duty. • Delivery Issue Management- Handle delivery issues by providing effective solutions for restaurants, and ensure clear communication with third parties, sales teams, and engineers on operational and technical problems. • Problem Tracking & Risk Management- Record and track problematic orders, follow up on resolutions and compensation with logistics partners to minimize business impact, and ensure process improvements and risk mitigation. • Verify contracts and configure online settings to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Collaborate with Revenue, Product, and Sales teams to support food ordering billing operations, assist with new product launch trials, and facilitate system onboarding for new merchants to ensure smooth adoption. •Analyze internal operational data to monitor performance, identify opportunities and weaknesses, and improve efficiency through automation and process adjustments. • Collect and analyze external market intelligence, including logistics, competitors, and business insights, to support comprehensive growth of the food ordering business.
