帶領團隊建立 Digital Twins 開發流程,並應用 AI 技術於視覺辨識與運動控制,推動產品成功落地。
主要任務
1. 建立並優化 Digital Twins 開發流程
2. 研究與評估 AI 技術,優先聚焦於高揚程叉車的視覺辨識與運動控制
3. 驗證並落實研究成果,應用於叉車相關情境,解決視覺辨識與運動控制等核心問題

主要職責:
統籌 RMA 營運流程,確保產品退換貨、維修作業符合公司政策與服務標準。
主要任務:
A. 強化售後服務品質:提升售後服務效率與品質,優化 RMA 處理週期。
B. 建立標準作業體系:建置並推動標準化作業規範與流程管理制度。
C. 跨部門溝通協調:擔任客戶與內部團隊的窗口,促進資訊傳遞與協作。
D. 數據分析與流程改善:分析相關數據,追蹤關鍵績效指標,持續推動流程優化。
