【PURPOSE OF THE JOB】
• Responsible the integration of 3D models from all E&M subsystems into a BIM
environment from Civil contractor.
• Ensure proper coordination between Civil Works and E&M systems through
model-based interface management.
• Support the design integration process and contribute to the delivery of clash-
free, installation-ready models.
• Participate to the definition of the interfaces between the Civil Works (CW) and
the Electromechanical (E&M) subsystems.

【MAIN RESPONSABILITIES】
• Manage the detailed interfaces definition relevant to Civil Work to facilitate
CSD/SEM process.
• Consolidate and manage 3D models from all E&M subsystems.
• Coordinate with Civil Work contractors to ensure system requirements are
reflected in civil designs.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and Revit.
• Prepare and maintain interface control documents and interface drawings.
• Support the validation of installation drawings and ensure alignment with BIM
execution plans.
• Work within the Common Data Environment (CDE) and follow project-specific
BIM protocols.
【MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES】
Mandatory:
• Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of railway systems, available equipment and systems, especially for
those involved in the installation and interfaces with the Civil Works.
• Experience in metro infrastructure or railway projects.
• Experience in different metro E&M systems interfaces coordination.
• At least 3-5 years of experience (including internship) in Revit modeling.
• Familiarity with software AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks or Bentley tool.
• Familiarity with ProjectWise and BIM management tools.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

What you will do:
• Residency and representative at the construction site for all matters of project execution,
and execution order from superiors.
• Execute POWER SCADA project management and coordinate the interface of parallel package to
adjust the construction sequence according to the customer's schedule.
• Clarify and confirm the project scope, function, equipment delivery and installation location.
• Establish the work planning and control the on-site progress with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Responsible for the record and control of the project progress related matters at job site.
• Participate in the daily toolbox meeting and labor safety supervision at job site.
• Participate in the regularly construction meetings and report the progress of the POWER SCADA
project and the matters that need to be coordinated by the customer.
• Establish relevant documents for review, revision, change, editing and completion according to the
requirements of the POWER SCADA project.
What we are looking for:
• University and above, graduated from electrical engineering or information engineering related.
• 3 years of project management & engineering experience in Power and SCADA projects.
• 2 years experience of construction stage for electronics and semiconductor factory.
• Familiar with Office & AutoCAD.
• Class-1 manager license of Occupational safety and health affairs is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively on business days, depending on project location and needs.
• Overtime work may be required based on project timelines and progress.

【Key Responsibilities】
◈ The SQ warranty Engineer leads Supplier quality warranty activities for its Country:
• Is the interface between Alstom team and external suppliers for problem
solving of supplier quality issues occurring in revenue services
• Leads progress & monitors the completion of containment, corrective action
and solution implementation as defined
• Ensure Supplier quality portal is properly used for Supplier quality warranty
issues, including the proper notifications of issues to suppliers
• Supports the project to achieve K1 (safety related quality issues), K2 (quality
issues with high impact on customer’s operations) problem solving target
• Manages supplier performance during Warranty with a dynamic escalation
process (Yellow, Red in & out)
• Supports procurement and contract manager to consolidate CONQ (Cost of
Non-Quality) for claim recovery / back charge process
• Reports / Escalates to SQ Warranty manager (at region or global level) to
unblock critical situations.
• Implements the proper organization (way of working, warranty process, people,
management routines, budget) in each depot and reacts in case of difficulties
or quality drift. Manages its team.
◈ The SQ warranty Engineer leads the problem solving from characterization of the
issue till root cause is identified and solution defined with the external suppliers:
• Verifies the quality of the description and characterization done by Alstom
team, complement as necessary to ensure the right understanding of the issue
• Formally notifies the issue to the supplier
• Ensures that the containment action is defined and implemented
• Ensures the root cause is validated and the solution will address the root cause.
• Periodically follows up with the supplier the action plan.
◈ The SQ warranty Engineer manages Return of Experience from warranty topics:
• Alerts the Project Product Introduction Manager in case of epidemic issues *
• Ensures Return on Experience (REX) is captured and shared across projects and
corrective action deployed in all related projects
◈ Supports reliability growth activity with the project in warranty period
• Ensures early capture of quality issues during Test & Commissioning phases
and PI period during revenue services activities *
• Mobilizes suppliers for quick & efficient solving of issues
• Ensures to reach RAMS liability level of equipment and subsystems purchased

- Fibre optic works and testing
