- Management of Line OA and other platforms, assistance in recruitment and training administration.

Responsibilities:
1. Proactively initiate business development activities in overseas markets to promote GliaCloud’s products and identify potential partnership opportunities.
2. Develop a strong understanding of GliaCloud’s solutions and maintain positive client relationships by offering proactive support, consultations, and valuable insights.
3. Support the preparation, maintenance, and enhancement of sales and marketing materials for various campaigns and events.
4. Conduct comprehensive market and industry research, and compile strategic reports with data-driven analysis.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the team’s overall objectives.
Additional Requirement:

1 Customer contact window for Quality Section.
2 Collect and deploy the customer’s quality requirement for current and new models.
3 Lead customer Quality Improvement Program
4 Daily/Weekly/monthly/Quarterly/Annually reports for customer according to customer’s specific.
5 Align key information between customer and TYM internal teams.
6 Lead and review 8Ds report from PE/MFG/QC for customer issue.
7 Department's representative and internal team quality related assignment.
8 Customer quality audit arrangement.
