• Job Title: Wealth Management Product Support
【Responsibilities】
• Assist in the management of corporate actions related to wealth products, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of systems by preparing and executing testing cases to validate functionalities and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in the periodic review and renewal of contracts with fund houses, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain and organize documentation relevant to wealth management products, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and support various administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and external partners.

【Requirements】
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create complex spreadsheets.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of wealth management products or financial services is a plus, but not required.
