1.捲對捲相關設備評估。 2.新線工廠 layout規劃。 3.大世代捲對捲塗佈製程前期測試評估，實驗規劃與物料準備。 4.生產物流規劃。

1.Improve process condition and upgrade process capability. 2.Working with a team of QA, other process and equipment engineers responsible for starting up, developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. 3.Identify, diagnose and resolve process related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC methodology. 4.Handling process baseline qualifications and managing(Cpk, control limit review), auditing and risk management objectives.

1.負責蒸餾塔製程參數設定與系統操作管理，確保產品品質穩定、收率最佳化。 2.分析製程數據，執行持續改善專案，優化能耗、降低損耗與提升操作效率。 3.建立與更新製程操作手冊（SOP）、批次記錄與操作參數基準，強化製程穩定性。 4.協助新產品製程導入、條件摸索與放大實驗，並進行現場技術驗證。 5.管理製程異常，進行問題分析與跨部門協調，提供技術解決方案。 6.推動生產端製程數位化與自動化控制優化（如DCS/PLC參數調整與分析）。 7.執行風險評估（如HAZOP）與製程安全改善，並配合環安衛稽核要求。 8.協助教育訓練現場操作人員，提升製程操作標準化與應變能力。 9. 撰寫製程報告與改善紀錄，並完成主管交辦專案與任務。
