1. Coordinate end-to-end people process of talents from vacancy defining, sourcing, and onboarding.
2. Provide advice and suggestions to line managers regarding HR practices, policies, and programs.
3. Identify people and organizational issues and provide solutions to line managers to achieve business objectives and improve organization effectiveness.
4. Work with managers on employee relations issues.
5. Daily HR administrative request to support the employees and managers.
6. Lead the company-wide recruitment coordination mechanism, including monthly hiring reviews, HC pipeline management, and candidate progress tracking.
7. Act as the company-wide recruitment coordination owner, responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process alignment across departments, including candidate pipeline tracking, interview process optimization, and hiring performance analysis.
